Community Classes


  • Jazzercise combines aerobics, strength training and stretching for a fun and effective 60-minute total body workout. Perfect for all ages and levels. Come move and groove to today’s hottest music! JAZZERCISE – Get real results and make friends, too!
  • Dates: Monday - Saturday, September 1 – November 30 (No class 11/26/21)

Outdoor Excursions

Public Utilities System - Walk and Learn Tour

  • Join NTPUD Engineering and Operations Manager, Joe Pomroy, for a walking tour of our water and sewer system infrastructure and utility operations sites. Tours are free and open to all ages and will take approximatley an hour and a half. Enjoy a short walk while listening to a bit of local lore and learning about the NTPUD water and sewer systems.

      • Doller Cove Water Tank - Tour will showcase the District's rehabilitation of the 350,000-gallon Dollar Cove Water Tank. 
    • Time: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Fall Community Events 

NTPUD "Community Night in the Park" - Register Online!
Field #4 Grand Re-Opening

  • Join the NTPUD for "Community Night in the Park!" We will be celebrating the grand re-opening of the new soccer/lacrosse synthetic turf field and multi-use trail and showcasing our community garden. 
  • Activities will include a community garden open house, music from "Mr. D!", family games, kids soccer and lacross demos on the all-new Field #4, and food and beverages for purchase.

  • Schedule:
    • 5:00 p.m. - Event kicks off with music and food and beverages.  
    • 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. - Community Garden Tour and Free Play and Activities on the Soccer and Lacrosse Field

John Reichert Memorial Classic Car Show

  • Come see classic cars, muscle cars, antiques, hot rods, and sports cars. Presented by the Kiwanis Club of North Lake Tahoe.

Documentary Movie Night - "Screenagers, Next Chapter" - Register Online!

  • Join us for a free community screening of this documentary that dives into the various health impacts mobile phones and computers play in the lives of youth. After the documentary we will host a moderated discussion with light snacks.
