The Pinedrop Trail
The 1.5-mile Pinedrop Trail connects the North Tahoe Regional Park to Pinedrop Lane off of Highway 267 giving Kings Beach residents an opportunity to ride bikes or walk to the Park.
The Pinedrop Trail is a 1.5-mile paved trail that connects Pinedrop Drive (off of Highway 267) to the North Tahoe Regional Park. This trail is an opportunity for Kings Beach residents to access the Regional Park on bikes or on foot. Parents with children use this trail often to ride bikes, skateboards or scooters and many people run or walk this trail for exercise.
Dollar Creek Shared Use Trail
One Placer County project of specific interest to North Tahoe PUD residents is the Dollar Creek Shared Use Trail Project located on California Tahoe Conservancy and North Tahoe Public Utility District-owned land between Dollar Hill and Cedar Flat.

The Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to promoting bicycling, bike events, and new bicycle infrastructure such as bike paths and bike lanes throughout the Tahoe region.
